Ka pKa-calculations
Hi everyone,
i have been given a assignment saying,
"Now that you know the concentrations of NH4, NH3 and H+, calculate the Ka and pKa of them."
I have 50 ml which consists of 10 ml 1m NaOh, 40 ml of water and 1 gram of NH4Cl.
pH is 9.5
my question is, do i use the formula "pH=pKa-log([NH_3 ]/[NH_4 ] )"?

Mole % Calculations
I will list everything that is given and set as (Given

Input needed regarding calculations for moles and RMM of unknown monoacidic base

Ignoring solids in concentration calculations
The solubility product constant FeS is 8 x 10-9. At a chemical equilibrium state, what is the concentration of S2- in the water nearby the sediments if Fe2+ concentration in water is 10 ^- 4 M.
S2- + Fe2+ => FeS
Kc=[FeS]/[S2-]*[Fe2+]
8*10^-9=1/[S2-]*10^-4 so [S2-] = 8*10^-13

Should percent yield calculations involve purity?
Filling out a lab report for a product that was tested to be 96% pure. Should the weight of the product obtained be multiplied by the purity? Am I just overthinking this? Thanks!

Uncertainty calculations
Please *delete me* I have been repeatedly attempting to calculate the uncertainty for the average initial rate of my experiment (ml of oxygen produced per second). For my experiment, I have calculated the percentage uncertainty of each of my 3 trials by adding the percentage uncertainties of time and volume, but I have no idea how to use these results to calculate the percentage uncertainty for the average intial rate! Advice would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
