How I can buy Learnexx 3D Virtual Laboratories?

I'd like to buy a good virtual laboratory for doing some dangerous experiments. As far as I know, the best virtual lab today is learnexx.com/. I'm from Russia and this laboratory is available only for USA students. Company doesn't want to give access for me and my teachers. 


How I can buy Learnexx lab? Maybe there's another software like this?
